Just wanted to say thanks for the service the team at Magnus has been providing us since you joined the panel, as it is far improved on what we have received from some previous providers.

As you know we have been through a challenging period with driver numbers and without a doubt, the high number of drivers that you have been able to put through to us and the high standard for the majority of those, has supported us working through that period and the number of your candidates that have gone on to join us as permanent or are going through that temp to perm stage at present is testament to that.

It is also refreshing to work with a supplier who is honest and upfront, as we find agencies are all too willing to promise the earth and deliver very little, so with yourself being realistic on what you can and will deliver, gives us chance to plan accordingly, without too much risk in being let down.

The communications between us regarding expected standards and the assurances you have given, does give me confidence that you are addressing any Tachograph or accident concerns and your are instilling into your drivers the standards that businesses expect and again, this is an undertaking that we have not seen to this level from previous providers.
